Before starting the registration process, please make sure you have reviewed and collected all of the required registration information. To preview and print the registration forms listed on this site, please go to the link listed on the Maine-ly Nutrition and Take Time! School Program website at

Once you have collected all of the information necessary to complete the forms, the online registration process will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. It may take longer if you need to register multiple schools. You can only register one school at a time.

Limited resources may be available to schools with less than 50% of students receiving free and reduced priced meals. Resources are offered to these schools on a first come, first served basis.
